ART is a 3 day long student-industry-research symposium organized by Computer Science Association , Embryo and CSIS,BITS Pilani. It features research talks by recent graduates surviving in Grad schools or working in industry on some really hot research topics. All the talks are broadcasted 'live' to Goa and Hyderabad Campuses.
And, so comes to close the first season of Alumni Research Talks, a 3 day extravaganza held from 13th Jan to 15th Jan, 2012.
In the event of such a successful completion of the Alumni Research Talks - 2012, due acknowledgement goes out for the most special Alumni who graced the event and gave substance to it. Of-course, our sponsors for the event - Google and NetApp without whom, it would had been extremely difficult to organize and manage an event of such a scale. To the faculty who have been all-inspiring and supporting, many thanks.Our heartfelt gratitude extends to the Computer Science Association, BITS-Pilani and BITS Embryo for conceptualising and actualising the three day event. We also remain grateful to the Department of CCTV, BITS-Pilani for the coverage of the event. While research talks remain an indispensable practice in most premier institutes around the world, a slight variation of the same, the Alumni Research Talks promises to be a novel concept with immense potential on the Indian front.
